COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We value the feedback that our patients give us and constantly strive to improve our service.
We always take any complaints seriously and will investigate and take necessary proportionate action in response to any failure identified by a complainant or investigation.
You may raise concerns to any member of staff, verbally or in writing.
You will not be discriminated against for making a complaint.
